Shared Breakfast: Another mess of breakfast from the Lido deck buffet, brought back to the cabin, some of which was to help Diane feel better.

Jason's Lunch: Taste of Nations Caribbean with Braised Veal Shoulder, Caribbean Pepper Pot Soup, Shrimp & Calamari Fritters, Jerk Chicken, Jamaican Pepper Stew, Caribbean Rice & Beans, Fried Plantains, etc.

Jason's Dessert: A spice cake and a cheesecake of a forgettable variety.

Tea Time! Jason's Selections: Orange Spice Tea & a strange dessert.

Jason's App #1: Smoked Chicken Quesadilla.

Jason's App #2: French Onion Soup.

Jason's Meal #1: Braised Beef Short Ribs, with sesame eggplant & fried rice.

Jason's Meal #2: Baked Meatloaf & Gravy, with Mashed Potatoes & Cheddar Cheese.

Jason's Dessert: Warm Fig, Date & Cinammon Cake, with rum raisin ice cream. [Diane also had this for dessert.]
