Welcome to the Carnival Fantasy!


Breakfast in the dining room again, with a Cinnamon and an Apple pastry.

They brought my whole offering at one time! Holy smorgasbord, Batman! Oatmeal, pancakes with strawberry syrup, and the very pale chicken sausage links.


Taste of Nations Carribbean: Pepper Pot Soup, Shrimp & Calamari Fritters, Jerk Chicken, Pepper Stew, Fried Plantains, Rice & Beans, Fried Dumplings.

Less exciting main buffet line options, featuring jambalaya, sweet potatoes, fish, etc.


Lunch dessert: dry Pineapple Upside-Down Cake and some sort of cream filled thing. Not impressed.

Did we mention there's bread in the dining room for dinner?

Diane's meal: Oven Roasted Tom Turkey, with Sage & Onion Stuffing and Pumpkin Scallion Hash.

Jason's meal #1: The veg deal... Veg Lasagna with Spinach, Mushrooms & Ricotta Cheese.


Jason's meal #2: The healthy "spa" selection... Grilled Red Snapper Fillet on Gazpacho Juice, with Pumpkin Scallion Hash.

Diane's dessert: Old Fashioned Apple Pie, with Vanilla Ice Cream.


Jason's dessert: Chocolate, Raspberry & Vanilla Cream Cake, with Raspberry Sorbet.
