Welcome to the Carnival Fantasy!

Breakfast in the dining room, again starting with pastries. This time, a Raspberry and a Cinnamon. Ooooh...

Jason opened the meal with the "Orange & Grapefruit Sections". Diane had the melon again, which didn't warrant another photo. :)

Diane's breakfast consisted of the French Toast, Sausage Links, and Hash Browns.

Jason opted for the same, only with Corned Beef Hash instead of Hash Browns.

It's Taste of Nations India day! Here be Mulligatawny Soup, Shikampuri Kebab, Fish Tawa Masala, Malai Kebab, Paneer Tikka, and Vegetable samosa.

The offerings from the main buffet line we a little less adventurous, with penne & meatballs, fish, chicken, etc.

Dessert was a passable Tiramisu Cheesecake.

Dinner in the dining room! Diane's app #1: Prosciutto Ruffles, with Melon.

Jason's app #1: Smoked Chicken Quesadilla, with Guacamole, Tomato & Cilantro Salsa, and Field Greens.

Jason's app #2: French Onion Soup with Gruyere & Parmesan Cheese. Diane had the Caesar Salad encore.

Diane's meal: Free Range Spring Chicken Sicilian Style, with Stewed Potatoes and Garlic Green Beans.

Jason's meal #1: Braised Short Ribs, with Sesame Eggplant and Fried Rice.

Jason's meal #2: Veggin' out again... Baked Herb Polenta, with a Ragout of Wild Mushrooms.

Jason & Diane's dessert: We both went for the Warm Fig, Date & Cinnamon Cake, with Rum Raisin Ice Cream. Awesome!

Mexican Midnight Buffet! I won't even start to describe what joy this plate holds.
