Cruise 2013 Page 8 of 9 Welcome to the Carnival Pride! Day 6: Friday, January 10, 2014 - Freeport, Bahamas Look, it's an awesome tour company! We'd booked a snorkeling excursion, but not with these people, sadly. :) Diane models with the emergency window-breaking hammer on our seat on the bus. The instructions were in English and... Chinese. Makes sense. Underwater camera snorkeling action! Fish! Sand! Stuff! I'm ready for my close-up! Our guide dove down and collected "sea biscuits" for souvenirs. Fish! Plants! Sand! Rocks! Snorkeling! After snorkeling, we sampled some Bahamian Bush Tea. I also had to try a ginger beer. I like going for things I don't normally have back at home. :) Back at the port, we took a stroll through their straw market. Waiting in line to get back onboard. Diane's one and only coffee drink of the trip! And I didn't even feel like having one at the time!
