Jason's Lunch: Taste of Nations Italian with Stuffed Leg of Lamb, Minestrone, Pasta Asiago, Fish Fillet, Veal Parmigiana, Braised Beef with Mozzarella, Frito Misto, Parmesan Potato Spears, etc.

Shared Desserts from the Chocolate Buffet: Rum Balls, Chocolate Fountain Fruit.

More Desserts: Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Mousse, and something non-chocolate.

Jason's Dessert: Grand Marnier Souffle, with orange vanilla sauce.
