Jason's Lunch: Roast Strip Loin of Beef, Chicken & Tomato Caldo, Grilled Mahi with Lemon Coconut Sauce, Jamaican Chicken Curry, Roast Pork Loin, etc.

Jason's Dessert: Chocolate Pie & Cookies!

Split Lunch: Arugula, Roast Pepper & Mozzarella on Focaccia.

Jason's App #1: Baked Eggplant with Mozzarella Cheese. [Diane also had this as App #1.]

Shared App: Escargots, in garlic butter.

Diane's Meal: Grilled Jumbo Tiger Shrimp, with mashed potatoes.

Spanakopita & Stuffed Bell Peppers, with cous cous.

Jason's Dessert: Baked Alaska (Vanilla Sponge Cake & Ice Cream). [Diane also had this for dessert.]
