Welcome to the Carnival Fantasy!


After a successful buffet breakfast the day before, we said... why not?

This time, LUNCH in the dining room! Diane's app: Old Fashioned German Lentil Soup.


Jason's app: Chilled Orange Sory, with Tapioca Pearls.

Jason's meal: Chinese Pepper Steak, with Pineapple, Sesame Seeds, and Steamed Rice. Diane's Chef Salad sadly, did not get photographed.


Diane's dessert: Gingerbread Cake.

Jason's Dessert: Apple Hollander.


Our LAST dinner in the dining room. Hey, here's some bread!

Jason & Diane's app #1: Cream of Garden Fresh Broccoli, with Aged Wisconsin Cheddar.


Diane's app #2: Green Bean & Roma Tomatoes.

Jason's app #2: Baked Eggplant with Mozzarella Cheese, served on a Romesco Sauce and Green Pea Fondue.


Diane's meal: Grilled Jumbo Tiger Shrimps, with Marinara Sauce and Mustard Potatoes.

Jason's meal #1: Martini Braised Basa Fillet with Tomato & Chili Fennel, served on a Totato, Chive & Potato Galette.


Jason's meal #2: Back to the veggies... Cinnamon Pumpkin, Squash, Yam & Cheddar Pot Pie, with Polenta Triangles.

Diane's dessert: Chocolate Melting Cake, again needing to have been cooked a bit longer.


Jason's dessert: Amaretto Cake, with Vanilla Ice Cream.

Our last meal. Farewell Carnival food, we shall miss you! Until we meet again...
