Welcome to the Carnival Fantasy!

Day Two starts with breakfast in the dining room. This be my Raspberry Pastry with a cuppa.

Diane led off with the "Melon in Season" which appeared to be cantaloupe and honeydew. Presliced, nonetheless!

Jason opened with a volley of "Baked Apples" which was, in fact, one apple.

Jason again, with the "Hot Oatmeal", accompanied by brown sugar, raisins, and cream.

Diane's main offering is the Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese and Toasted Bagel.

Jason mixed it up a bit with the ham & cheese omelette, hash browns, and bacon. Oooh yeah.

Jason decided to rock a piece of "Pan Pizza" featuring peppers and onions, after being told that they didn't have any of my favorite goat cheese & mushroom ready.

Diane went with the "Margherita", topped with tomatoes and basil.

Lunch came from the buffet, with the opening course from the main line... fish, curly fries, loaded potato, tortilla soup, etc.

Dinner time in the dining room again! As usual, opening with bread. This be a roll and a garlic breadstick.

Jason & Diane's app #1: We both simply had to have the West Indian Roasted Pumpkin Soup again. Always a winner.

Diane's app #2: Greek Farmer Salad, with Cucumbers, Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Onions, Black Olives, and Feta Cheese.

Jason's app #2: Baked Stuffed White Mushrooms, with Spinach, Romano Cheese, and Herbs.

Diane's meal: Duet of Broiled Maine Lobster Tail and Grilled Jumbo Black Tiger Shrimp, with Yukon Gold Mash and Roasted Broccoli.

Jason's meal #1: Grilled Filet of Corvina, with Roasted Broccoli, Yukon Gold Mash, and Lemon Caper Dressing.

Jason's meal #2: The veg offering again... Chili Rellenos, stuffed with Tomato and Broccoli.

Jason & Diane's dessert: Caramelized Apples on Puff Pastry, with Vanilla Cream and Caramel Sauce.

Hey, the cheese plate finally came as I anticipated it to be...
